Thanks to Ms. Judy Cross of AIDAN it is possible to read two very important documents on death penalty, deterrence, and terrorism. Two papers delivered at the seminar on “The death penalty in the world”, Bologna, 28-30 October 1982 , by Prof. Ezzar A. Fattah, and Prof. Douwe Korff.

I hope they will be of interest for the participants at the Sixth World Congress Against the Death Penalty.
